Salon Policy
To ensure the best experience for all my clients, please take a moment to read through the salon policies.
Booking
Appointments can be booked online via the website or through Messenger.
A £10 booking fee is required for all new clients. This must be paid within 2 days of booking. The fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Arriving at Your Appointment
Please arrive alone whenever possible. This is your time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the service.
If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate, but the service will be adjusted to fit within the remaining appointment time. The full price of the booked service must still be paid.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance without any additional charges.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the full price of the booked service must be paid before you can book a new appointment. (Exceptions apply in cases of illness.)
Health & Safety
If you have any contagious illness, nail fungus, or skin condition, please notify me in advance. I may not be able to provide the service in such cases.
Warrantee
I offer a 3-week guarantee on my work, provided that the nails are properly cared for.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper aftercare, such as biting, heavy impact, or exposure to strong chemicals. Repairs due to such issues will be charged.
Payment
Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. Card payments are not accepted at this time.
